MOT Certificate

Private hire / hire & reward insurance certificate

Vehicle Inspection Report

Any recent local authority vehicle inspection report or compliance certificate

Wheelchair Accessibility Certificate

If applicable — certificate confirming wheelchair-accessible conversion compliance
